Privacy Policy

fawzooz.ai puts a body of works and editions in invisible engineering and cognitive security in your hands: to read, to measure your maturity against, and to learn from. This policy explains, in plain and clear words, how information is handled when you visit the site.

A waqf for the sake of Allah

Everything published here is a pure waqf for the sake of Allah. The works are not sold, no fee is charged for them, and your data is never sold or traded in any way. The site is entirely free, and creating an account is your choice alone.

What stays in your own space

The site remembers your preferences (such as language and theme) and everything you do in the tools and the assessment programme — including your answers, results, canvases, gate forms, reading progress, badges and notes — and keeps it locally in your browser’s own storage. None of it leaves your device except in specific cases: signing in, completing a measuring tool, or signing the programme’s charter. Clearing the site’s data in your browser erases everything kept on it.

Information you choose to send

Nothing is sent except through specific forms, and only when you press “Send”:

  • Asking for a PDF copy of an edition: you must sign in with your email. The request is recorded in your account, and your copy carries your name and email on the page after its cover.
  • Every copy carries a verification code; whoever scans it sees the edition’s title and date, the first letter of your name and the file’s fingerprint, never your email.
  • Sharing a tool’s result: the result (your name, email, level and scores) reaches me as a message.
  • Signing the charter: at the end of the programme, your name, email, the date and your gate work are sent to the certificate service so your certificate can be issued. Once it is issued, anyone who checks its number sees only your name, the certificate number and the date.
  • If you sign in, the platform’s owner follows your progress, your answers in the programme and the tools, and your gate work as you go, to review it and help you before the certificate.
  • Use is limited to meeting your requests, issuing certificates, and understanding the community’s maturity. You can always write to me at info@fawzooz.ai to ask for your data to be deleted.

Tool results and the community average

When you complete any measuring tool, only its final numbers (the result and its numeric parts) are sent to the cloud service, without anything that identifies you (no name, no email, no answers), to work out and show the “community average”. A random number kept in your browser makes a retake replace your earlier result instead of counting twice.

Your personal account

Signing in is optional, and done with your email (a verification code is sent to you, and you give your name the first time), with no password. When you sign in, the data kept in your browser is synced with your account so you can reach it from your other devices.

  • Your account records the dates of your requests for copies of editions and whether they were approved.
  • If you choose to receive suggested reading steps at regular intervals, we keep what you chose (your role, interest, language and pace), the steps sent to you and when you opened them, and, if you link a messaging app, only the identifier needed to message you, never your phone number. You can stop or unlink at any time from your account or from the message itself; this data is included in your data export and deleted with your account.
  • Contact messages are sent under your account’s name and email so I can reply.
  • The account is used for nothing else, and its data is never shared or sold.
  • From your account page you can download all your data, or delete your account entirely in one step.

The AI assistant

The assistant is an AI that answers from the works published here, and is open only to signed-in users so that it is used responsibly.

  • Your conversations are kept with your name and email, to improve the answers and understand what readers are interested in.
  • Conversations are processed by the AI service provider only to produce the replies, and are not used to train its models.
  • Conversations are deleted automatically after 90 days. Please do not type personal or confidential details. You can write to me to delete a conversation sooner.

Messages and notices

  • The contact form: sends your name, email and message, and the path of your first visit to the site (with no advertising tracking). This is kept to reply to you and to understand how visitors find the site, and is used for nothing else.
  • New editions: your email is kept on the mailing list only after you confirm your subscription. Every email has an immediate link to unsubscribe.
  • Direct messages: signed-in users can write to me from the assistant’s window. These messages reach me through a messaging service, which receives your name, your email and your message only to deliver them to me, and my reply comes back to the same window, or to your email if you have left the site. These messages are kept in your account and deleted after 90 days.
  • Every form is checked in the moment to tell people from automated software, without using tracking cookies.

Outgoing email

Sign-in codes, certificate decisions, personal copies and notices are sent through a secure email delivery service that keeps the data only to deliver it. The administrative sending record (name, email and the date sent) is kept for two years, then deleted.

Outside content and services

Some pages show content from outside services (such as the lesson videos). Those services are subject to their own privacy policies, and receive your browser’s requests as any website does. External links also open on their own independent platforms; read their privacy policies before using them.

Visit statistics, fully private

To know which pages are read most and where visits come from, the site uses a statistics tool that strictly respects privacy: it sets no cookies, does not follow your activity across sites, and does not identify you. The site carries no advertising at all and shares no information about its visitors. The home page also counts how many times each of its three doors is clicked: a number only, with nothing about who clicked.
