The InnovaForge Canvas is the framework’s single source of truth: a one-page summary of the project’s journey that keeps the team aligned at every stage. Fill in Ignite together at kick-off, revisit it at every milestone, and use it to report progress to stakeholders.

Adoption by audience

  • Students: Use a single semester project to move through all five stages; the canvas becomes the assessed deliverable.
  • Educators and trainers: Teach each technique inside the stage it serves, and use exit criteria as rubrics.
  • Corporate teams: Pilot on one cross-functional initiative for one quarter, with the canvas reviewed at each milestone.
  • Entrepreneurs: Compress Ignite to Temper into weeks, not months, and treat Polish metrics as investor evidence.
  • Academic institutions: Adopt the stages as a common vocabulary for innovation programmes, and study the framework’s outcomes empirically.
